I am a runner mostly, I'm not even a good or fast runner, but it's what I love the most, so I train to keep my body as strong and as healthy as possible so I can run all I want...which is a lot. This means hours of lifting, stretching, meal prepping, and putting off doing housework so I can run for hours every week. It also requires a great deal of research on how the body operates to avoid injury and sustain my ability to run for the rest of my life. I don't run to be thin or lose weight or look cool (because that has never worked for a runner, ever). I run because it is primal and it is the one true thing that brings me back into my own body away from the noise of the world. It is my passion for the lack of any better word.
So, let's talk about me, and why I am here, to be available to you. I like to help people. I want to help people. I want to help you find what brings you that feeling that I have about running. The feeling that makes you want to have health and strength so you can do that "thing" until the day you die. It could be any number of things, and finding that "why" behind that "thing" is imperative in your fitness journey.
